Rates

At DoctorYourPC.com we try to keep it simple. All of our rates are divided into two categories - ON SITE and BY PHONE.

ONSITE rates are a flat $40.00/hr. with a two hour minimum. The time starts when we arrive at your location and ends when we depart. (20 mile radius from downtown Dallas)

BY PHONE consultation is $25.00/hr. There is no charge for discussing your problem when you call. If a phone consultation is related to a previous visit or problem, which we were called to solve, the call is free.

Other Details
If software is involved in our services or it is determined that software will assist the client with his problem, the cost of the software is not included in the service fee. In many cases the client will be asked to purchase his own software, as in the example of virus protection.

Payment by personal or company check is acceptable. There is a $25.00 processing fee on any check that does not clear the bank.
